If you don't receive a reminder email with a link to join our session the morning of your appointment, please email to let me know, and I'll resend it. Be sure to check your junk mail and correct any emails intended for inbox..

What if Simple Practice isn't working for some reason?

If Simple Practice isn't working, we will use another video platform such as Zoom, Doxy.me, or FaceTime.

What if we get disconnected during our session?

Disconnection issues can typically be resolved by refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, we will try another video platform.
