How should I prepare for a Telehealth appointment?
You will want to choose a space that is quiet, private, and away from household members, coworkers, pets or any other potential distractions. If you’re on a laptop, make sure the camera is at eye level and not pointing up at the ceiling lights, or down at the floor.
What should I do if I don't get the reminder with the link?
If you don't receive a reminder email with a link to join our session the morning of your appointment, please email to let me know, and I'll resend it. Be sure to check your junk mail and correct any emails intended for inbox..
What if Simple Practice isn't working for some reason?
If Simple Practice isn't working, we will use another video platform such as Zoom, Doxy.me, or FaceTime.
