Virtual Breathwork Group:

to strengthen the lungs and release fear & uncertainty

We are in an unprecedented time with the COVID-19 health crisis. Many of us are now working from home, social distancing, or self-quarantining in an effort to slow the spread of the virus. As the world takes a massive pause, it is only natural to feel confronted with the stress, fear, and uncertainty in what this health crisis means both individually and collectively.

Many are using this time at home as a kind of personal reset; a chance to either deepen well known practices of self-care and compassion or create purposeful new ones. With that, I hope you’ll join me for a live virtual breathwork group designed to assist you in emotional regulation, feeling safe within your physical body, and clearing out the narrative of fear and danger we are currently inundated with. I invite you to connect to your lungs with an activating breathwork practice. Breath is a potent tool for transformational healing of the mind, body, and spirit. And there is no better time than now.

In this workshop, we’ll work with:

  • Accessing greater self-awareness and inner peace during this period of uncertainty.

  • Oxygenate and strengthen the lungs with a circular breathing technique.

  • Releasing fear based limiting thoughts, patterns, and belief systems.

  • Moving unprocessed or suppressed energy and emotions in the body.

  • Recalibrate the central nervous system.

  • Achieve higher consciousness and intuition.

This group will include a brief teaching on how breathwork is used for healing, instructions on the breathing technique, and a full 55-minute breathwork session.

No previous experience needed to participate.

Upon registration an email will be sent to you with a link to the Live zoom group call + instructions on how to prepare.

Cant' make the Live call? A recording of this workshop will be sent to everyone afterwards, so you don't have to attend the Live call in order to particulate.
