Self -Guided Practices

My one-on-one work offers a deeper space for exploration, but healing doesn’t begin and end in session. These self-guided practices are here for the moments in between—early mornings, quiet evenings, long walks, or the times something in you wants attention and support.

A Meditation for Times of Remembering

A Meditation for Times of Remembering is a 15-minute guided practice created for the seasons when memory sits a little nearer the surface—holidays, anniversaries, or any ordinary day that suddenly feels charged with meaning.

This meditation invites you to slow your internal pace, reconnect with your breath and body, and touch into both the people and places you love and the grief you carry for them. It’s not about fixing or forcing anything to change, but about giving yourself a structured, compassionate container to feel what’s already there.

You can listen at home, on a walk, before bed, or whenever you feel the pull to turn inward for a few minutes and check in with yourself more honestly.

What’s included:

  • A 15-minute guided audio meditation (MP3)

  • A companion PDF with 8 deep-dive journal prompts to help you explore what surfaced during the practice

How it works:

  • Purchase the meditation through the site

  • You’ll receive instant access to download the audio and PDF

  • Find a space that feels comfortable—sit, lie down, or take it with you on a gentle walk

  • Listen as often as you’d like, and use the journal prompts afterwards to deepen the work over time
